Have seen Star Trek, have very mixed opinions. I actually think there was a lot of awesome about it, though also a lot of atrociousness.

I don't want to be spoiled for the new Star Trek movie, but a friend pointed me to a review that mentioned that the scriptwriters are Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman.
